Q: Is this 24” or 18” wire? Package dimensions shows 18”. I’m not sure if a misprint or the wire is folded. 24” doesn’t fit in a 18” package. I ordered 2

I bought the 24" and thought the same thing. When I unwrap it, it was folded in half. But my package didnt say 18" it said 24"

Q: How do you get it open. do i have to cut it? the roll is weaved shut with some wires that i can't find.

Look for the end (beginning) of the fencing, then snip the wire that you say is woven through the chicken wire. Pull on the end of the fencing, this should start to unravel the roll

Q: Can it be use for rabbit pen

I have used it for a rabbit pen and our rabbit is doing well with it!

Q: will this keep squirrels out?

Not unless you made a completely enclosed cage with it.
