Package arrived today. Was mangled as though it was ...
Package arrived today. Was mangled as though it was tossed around. Had to open the package by tearing it all apart because of the tape. Item had no power cord. Put in batteries and motor turned one revolution and died. How am I supposed to return without box to China?
