Bought this for my daughter to get her to exercise more. She loves to practice and do tricks with it. It's very lightweight which is perfect for her. It is a little short in length but only my daughter uses it so it's fine. Overall good quality for price.

Lightweight, quiet, and not plastic! I'm a 5'6" grandma and former nurse who wanted some way to get good weight-bearing exercise in my home. This jump rope is working well! I jump on a camping pad/yoga mat to protect my joints and after a week, still no pain My 6-year-old granddaughter wanted to try it today so I tied a knot at each end to shorten it for her. That worked perfectly too. Thank you for a great product.

The cotton rope is not heavy so there must be a bit of personal innovation that must be made to it. For example, tying a knot at the center of the rope length to give it "weight."The handle is hallowed for possible adjustments to the rope length. Yes, the wooden handle is made from real wood.

It's a good quality jump rope. We meant to purchase a weighted rope so haven't used this one , but I am impressed with the quality.

They should be ashamed of themselves for selling people this jump rope with their name on it because it’s way too lightweight to jump rope properly and with speed
