This is by far the best tasting vitamin i have ever ingested. It's creamy and great tasting. But the best part of it is that it really works! It really does do what it claims it does. My hair is longer and fuller in two weeks after beginning taking the liquid vitamin. A very plus side to this is that my face is smoother and people are constantly telling me how much younger i look. I am definitely ordering another bottle when this one is done. I truly recommend this product because it does make your hair grow longer, fuller, shinier and healthier.

So , I honestly was skeptical of this product. I work a very high intense job. I down 5 hr energy drinks like it's going out of style. I haven't had to take any 5hr shots. Since taking this I have more energy and I am sleeping so much better. I can feel a major difference. As far as hair growth I don't know quite yet. My hair is insanely long and I am Mennonite. We don't cut our hair. I have noticed that my hair isn't falling out as much.

First of the taste it’s ummm weird? Not as bad as the prenatals but not amazing either. I’ll be honest I try putting it in smoothies and regular juice and it made it taste even worse. I’m only on day 4 so I haven’t notice any difference in the effectiveness but trust and believe I will finish this bottle it was too pricey to throw it away. This is how I take it if you need ideas, ps I am very sensitive and everything I don’t like makes me gag dramaticallyMy method on taking it:With a medicine syringe drawn the amount, pinch your nose and put it as far in your throat as you can than take it. DO NOT let go of your nose until your have swallowed it completely but do it fast you I don’t want you passing out lol(Tip: have a strong flavor drink on hand)

I wish I could give this product more than 5 stars because it was a life saver for my hair! About 4 month postpartum I started losing a lot of hair so I bought this because I saw it all over TikTok! It has made my hair thick and has helped it get longer in a short amount of time. I would say shake the bottle very well before taking it because it makes the taste a lot better! It’s also easier to swallow than pills! This vitamin has made me so much more confident with my hair!

Literally made me stink and I thought I was losing my mind. I smelled like a bottle of expired multivitamins from my hair and skin. It was disgusting after only 2 doses.Ok so I’m changing my rating because Mary Ruth reached out to me after my above review directly and made things right… I didn’t open the bottle right because I was finishing up a different multivitamin, so by the time I did my return window was closed. That was one me. Did it make me stink horrible after only 2 doses? Yes! Did it make a pfft noise like it was maybe turned or something was wrong? Yes.. mind you I only had it a month and it was not expired.BUT! after my review, Mary Ruth reached out to me and they actually did a refund even though I was outside the return window. Which they DID NOT have to do! So for that, I will say they back their product and I probably got a bad batch and they want to ensure it’s made right.

This vitamin is miracle in a bottle. It has improved my overall health and not to mention how rapid my hair grew and my skin looked brighter. I was filled with energy day to day. Highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing because it’s a life changer in my everyday routine.

I have fine thin hair that was the same length for as long as I could remember. It’s even thinner on the top. I started using Mary Ruth in January. It’s been 4 months now. I noticed a difference in my hair texture with in two weeks. It is growing and appears a little thicker. I plan to use the product for a year to see what my hair will look like. My concerns is Mary Ruth is a bit pricey and if you stop taking the vitamin your hair may revert back to the original form.
