Disappointed at how much this leaks. I filled it according to directions, froze it for the allotted time and there was a puddle of ice underneath when I went to remove it from the freezer. It was a fair value for my money. Easy to use and apply. Seems durable as it is silicone. It is effective in that it cools me off and the size is right. My main purpose for getting this was to help me stay cool. It works for that briefly. I wrap it in my cooling neck wrap with extra ice cubes.
