Cat Tree scratch tree CAT018 medium-sized 100 cm Beige

My 3 cats needed a new scratch post after the one a bought from a well know pet store broke within a few months of getting it but I salvaged it to a habitable standard for them. I was nervous about getting another scratch post but had vouchers so thought what the hey and bought this one as it was reasonably priced and previous reviews were good. I was expecting to receive it a few weeks later but received an email informing me on what day and time the delivery would take place and true to its word it turned up at the time and dated given, which was about a week later. It came in a secure box and, when opened, looked of excellent quality. The instructions given were simple to understand and I was able to put it up on my own with no hassle at all. The cats adore it. I have a HUGE ginger tom who crawled into the hide area and refused to let the other two give it a try (which they both have since) and are already getting hours of fun from it from the moment I opened the box (oh and they loved the box too!) and continue doing so. I recommend buying from this company and the product itself. 100% satisfied

Bought this for my newly adopted cat Gus. It was delivered fast, easy to set up (though I started from the bottom and worked up but the instructions said top down). It looks nice in my livingroom and is not too much of an eye sore that some of them can be. However, Gus is quite a large cat and there is no way he can fit down the hole to use the hammock-if the hammock was big enough. The hammock on the side bends when he places his paw in it. The cat bed is just big enough for him but to be honest he hasnt used it-even after treats were used. The only thing he does use it for is to climb up high and watch the birds etc outside. Ok for a small cat or kitten. Not great if you have a normal sized or slightly larger cat.

Wanted a scratching post with a good height as we have a large cat but ones you buy on the high street of the same size are horrendously expensive. This post is sturdy and does exactly as it is supposed to do for much less and looks just as smart as the more expensive ones. Only downsides is that the covered bed is probably a little small and the hammock style seat at the top doesn't really have enough clearance for a cat to sleep comfortably underneath the platform.My cats would probably have preferred a solid top platform to sleep on instead of the hammock but for the price, certainly cant complain. Arrived in good time and was very quick and easy to put together.

5 star fantastic for any cat lover a a fraction of the cost everything your cat needs in one unit my 5 year old cat loves it and only comes down for food and litter tray the hoop bed is so cozy for her and she loves all the scratch post parts this unit is over £100 in my local pet store so I wasn't expecting much but it's strong sturdy and has been made to high standard easy to assemble even comes with the tool you need took me 5 min to put up not just for kittens my cat is quite big house cat she fits fine in the den and beds I bought a scratch post alone for this price that fell apart so in my opinion this is a gem

This scratch post is ok for kittens, but would not buy for full size cats. The platforms & bed are way too small , and the top platform seems pretty pointless to me as it's got a hole in with a hammock underneath which my cats have not been confident enough to tread on, as they would probably wobble off it if they tried. Would have been better as just a carpeted platform, minus the hole and hammock.i should have looked at the size when I purchased this, as I would not have bought for normal sized kitties!

Excellant price and value for money - especially when compared to what is available in the shops for the same price which is usually just a poxy little scratch post. My cat loves this and regularly sits on it and uses the scratch posts. It is like her throne where she sits and looks over her subjects from. It is also great for keeping her food on as the dog can't reach the top. I don't use the stairs though as they get in the way when you walk past it (I keep it in front of the radiator as she likes a warm throne) and she never used them anyway.

My cat is a big girl and this cat tree would fall over when she jumped on it. It was not particularly stable and the hut and basket were too small for even my other little cat.

Not really suitable for big cats can't fit into the cave or the hammocks but still like sitting on top and good long post to scratch in preference to the furniture. As others have said it matches the measurements but seems smaller when made up the hoop on the side easily bends if the cat jumps into or on it.The company also accidentally sent me two and as I have 2 cats I tried to negotiate for the second one but not only did they insist on charging full price for the item they have also charged for the postage on the unsolicited item! Needless to say I will not buy anything further from this company as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I run a business and should I make such a mistake I would certainly have made some level of concession it those circumstance and deinitely would not have charged for the postage!!!
