My wife purchased a different poncho made of 80/20 Alpaca wool and it was made with such a loose weave that I could easily feel the breeze if used on a 10 - 15 mph windy day. I decided to try this item instead (same price) and boy the difference in the product was night and day. This was a much softer and denser item. I plan on using this when out in the evening like at an amusement park or on a walk when I want to be comfortable but also covered from the oncoming nightly cool down. This product looks to be perfect for that. It's soft so I don't need to have long sleeves to protect from the scratchiness but solid enough to protect if the wind picks up. A keeper in my opinion and the pattern on it looks good as well.

This is a very beautiful and soft poncho, Beautifully crafted. However it does not look as picture as far as the colors. What I received was a tan-ish/ beige and black not a white and black. I loved it but the person I punched it for did not like that it wasn't black and white and did not want it anymore.
