Used this netting to add a bug barrier for our custom sized gazebo (no premade nets available). I used Velcro tape, foam tape, with staplers. So far it’s working well, wind and rain aren’t a problem with some weights or any kind of sturdy item to hold it in place. Netting is good quality but not heavy duty.

Finally decided to get insect netting so I may harvest and enjoy garden greens instead of growing it for insects to munch on. Works! For the first time, lettuce is growing with no signs of bug bite marks all over the leaves. Be careful with netting plants that require pollination, though: I netted squash and zucchini and inadvertently stunted their growth because I kept pollinators out by mistake.

I'm working on a sailboat in a months-long refurb of the hull "on the hard"....the boat yard put me right up against the Georgia swamp...which is great for peace, solitude and view from the cockpit while I have my coffee in the morning or a beer at sundown, but total hell from the mosquitos and "no-see-um" biting gnats !! 😱....At first I used my old government-issue mosquito netting up around the cockpit, which worked great, very durable, but wasn't big enough to span the 20 ft wide cockpit by about 6ft height....so thought I'd try this stuff....in black....FANTASTIC is all I need to say !!This netting is fine enough to prevent the "No-See-Um" biting gnats from getting through, and yet so surprisingly tough that my 90 lb. Black Lab getting her claws tangled in it multiple times has not snagged or torn it once....I was expecting this to be very delicate due to how fine it is, but it's not at all....though I'm not TRYING to damage or snag it...I'm sure it has it's limits.The roll only comes with mini tie-wraps for mounting, so I used small rocks about a half inch in diameter tucked into a cut or folded over corner or along the upper edge of the 20ft span every 4ft or so, then used one tie wrap to lock the rock in place and another tie wrap at each "mounting rock" to fasten to the stainless tubing around the cockpit...and it's definitely solved my bug problems in a very durable way !....best part is, I've got lots left over that I'm going to cut as deck hatch mosquito nets....cutting big enough to fold the edge over a length of chain laid around the edge of each hatch and hot-gluing the cut edge to itself over the chain, quick, easy, and especially....durable! ⛵️

This works but it does rip fairly easy. I would recommend getting a bit thicket material if you live in an area prone to high wind or hurricanes.

I've used this as halloween decor, the again for christmas. I'm glad I bought it even though it's not being used for what I bought it for.

For decorating or mosquito proofing. It works either way. It's huge and covers a large area. Great price too.

It arrived quickly and was good for keeping some pests out of a gazebo. Had to get creative with attaching it because there aren't built in, reinforced holes. Blows everywhere in a breeze.
