Smells like the lobby of a nice hotel

I am usually not a big fan of cotton or laundry scented candles but this smells very nice and luxurious. The main scent I’m getting is the jasmine and washed linen(cotton scent) if you don’t like the smell of jasmine you will most likely not like it. I love how the oils are very strong too, means that it will last long! I only added 3 drops into my diffuser and in a small room it’s a little strong.

This is so disappointing. I wanted to like this so much. The smell is overwhelming and not pleasing. I love their scents and bought multiple bottles of some.

I love Santal and the Hotel. They make my home smell wonderful. I ordered the Amalfi scent because it listed citrus as one of the top notes. If there was any citrus then I couldn’t detect it. It smelled like a combination of body odor and strong cologne. It leaked and the smell got on the box and my hands when I opened it. So, so bad. I could not get the scent off. You cannot return these, so I had to contact customer service to get a refund. Edit: upgraded from 3 stars to 4 for excellent customer service — more like 4.5 stars. The company did contact me to offer a refund on the bottle I ordered that arrived open.

love the way this smells I use it in my car humidifier. last a long time. get so many compliments

Product arrived beat up and damaged. I'm positive the product had been previously opened as most of the product was missing from the container and the broken seals didn't match up. My star rating IS NOT a reflection on the way this was shipped though. It was shipped through Amazon, not the manufacturer. Therefore my review is solely based of the product. That being said, there was still a little left in the bottle and I decided since it was likely going to be discarded upon return I would try just a little to see if I should reorder. I'm trying to find something that reminds me of a scent from my teenage years. It was a Bamboo and Jasmin scent that was actually a super cheap liquid potpourri from Walmart. It's been long discontinued and I have yet to find anything that gives me the clean, fresh, and strong yet not overpowering fragrance that that did. While this WAS open as I said earlier, I believe it had not been tampered with, just used or damaged. It has a scent that can immediately be compared to white tea. The scent is pleasant and doesn't have any bad notes or after scents. It travels through the air nicely and is noticeable outside of the room it is being used it, however it claims the scent is long lasting through technology, it doesn't last nearly as long as I would want for the price paid. I also did not notice a dropper for this, just an open bottle, meaning you are expected to use more than just a few drops. This product is not cheap. The exact opposite. At its current price your choices are to either pay roughly 10 times the price (per ounce) of what I would consider the "average" price of an oil blend and recieve a tiny bottle. Otherwise you can pay the same price (per ounce) as the "average" price but you have to buy a giant bottle if it. Either way, you are paying a lot. I'm fine with premium products and while this did smell very nice it wasn't what I expected nor nearly nice enough to justify the price. Not to mention it doesn't last very long (as advertised) and the fact that you must use more of this than other oil blends. At the end of the day you are paying a premium price for a very good (but not amazing) scent that doesn't last long and you need to use more of.

The smell would be great if my hands were not doused in the oil after simply taking my package out. It came spilled with a good 2 inches missing from the bottle. I noticed the seal was broken open before I even touched it. I would love to return this for a fresh one but my wedding is in 3 days and I don’t have time for that. Product is great don’t get me wrong but the mishap with the packaging and extra oil missing really dampered this experience

This fills my house with the most luxurious scent. I also noticed my husband turns in on when I’m away. I got back from an evening shift at 1130pm and the machine was on. I think he really loves this smell

I ordered the small bottle absolutely loved that scent lasts a long time after diffuser shuts off had it in bathroom n my whole house smelled good I then ordered the bigger size n found it was not as concentrated I was bitterly disappointed will only order the small size from now on it doesn’t last long if you keep your diffusers on for a long time but it’s heavenly!!

I like all the scents but this one wasn’t a favourite. It’s very strong. Three drops maximum for me. Any more and it becomes overwhelming and sickening. I found it to be a bit too feminine for my taste.
