ClarksWomen's, Kataleyna Gem Pump

Bought my usual size 10. Width was great for my narrow feet. Loved the heel height, and the heel shape made it feel very stable to walk in. Non-skid bottoms also helped! For someone that doesn’t wear heels often, a great dress pump!

The shoes themselves are great. I got these with try before you buy to see if a smaller size worked better. The smaller size did not work better so I returned them the same week I received them. Amazon says they never received them back so I still got charged for them. Beware of try before you buy and save your receipt from the UPS store/dropoff for at least a few months. UPDATE - I did get a refund within a few days of my review. I hope they did really get them back! But the shoes are cute and comfortable in the right size!

Love the shoe, appears to be well made. I only buy leather and for the price, it is lovely. My only dislike was that it runs large. I have always worn a 6.5 W, but found out after I re-ordered same shoe the 6.0 W fits perfect. Clark's make a fine shoe. Thanks

Very comfortable and elegant shoe! I am normally a size 9 but for this shoe I had to size down to 8-1/2. Highly recommend it

I bought this shoe because of these 3 reasons:1. The design of the heel which gives a classy look - it’s exactly as advertised and looks great on my feet.2. Because of the brand but I was very disappointed. The quality of the leather is not the same as previous shoes bought in the same brand. Also I noticed name printed in the shoe is different. As you will see in photo the others have collection of Clarks vs this one has Clatks collection.3. Clarks is known for comfort. This does not have the soft cushiony feel that is promoted as “ ultimate comfort” or the comfortable feel of my 2 previous purchases

I’m just starting back to wearing heels so these were good for me. Also, some shoes claim to be wide, but aren’t. These were a true wide size. The shoes are on the far left person.

THIS SHOE DIGS INTO MY ANKLE. It is NOT the Clark’s Kataleyna!! I own Clark’s Kataleyna Gem pump in two other colors (see attached photos): (1) a snake pattern, which is the Kataleyna of two years ago; (2) and matte black, which is the Kataleyna style of this year. They are superior, fantastic pumps. The perfect pump for my foot. But these Kataleyna’s sold through Amazon are NOT THE SAME SHOE. The biggest difference is the rise over the heel. If you look at my photos you’ll see that while the heel itself, from floor to shoe, is the same height, but the heel rise, the height from heel to top of shoe, is MUCH higher on this Amazon shoe then on Clark’s regular Kataleyna pump. Almost an inch higher!! Which means the pump digs into my ankle.[In addition, as a separate issue, these pumps had already been worn and damaged when they were sent to me.]

I am transitioning into wearing heels more. These shoes are comfy and stylish.

I bought these shoes to wear for my daughters wedding. They fit perfectly and I wore them the entire day in comfort without any issues. I received compliments on the look as well.

Buena calidad, pero el tamaño viene bastante amplio cambie 2 veces el número y ya no había, normalmente soy 5.5 o 6 quise intentar 5 pero no había disponible. Me encanta esta marca pero el modelo es distinto a otros

Lieferung war einwandfrei, der Schuh leider viel zu groß (vielleicht ein Irrtum bei der Umrechnung von UKsize auf EUsize?Rücksendung beantragt, Label ausgedruckt. Am nächsten Morgen (4.09h!!!) kam eine Email, nicht das von Amazon bereitgestellte zu benutzen, es wurde mir ein anderes zugeschickt. Konnte die Retoure noch umändern, dann sollte ich den Einlieferungsbeleg per Mail zuschicken, da sonst die Bearbeitung deutlich länger dauern würde… deutlich aufwändiger als sonst über Amazon gewohnt.Es hat ja alles gut geklappt, aber unkompliziert geht anders…

I ordered 6.5 in very good condition, packaged in a plastic bag for each pair in the box. However, I returned it coz its too big. I then ordered size 6 but when it arrived I was surprised coz its not packaged in a plastic for each pair, the other pair has some blemish, looks like its really an old stock or came from a returned item. But I really like this heels coz its really comfy. I always buy Clarks coz of the leather and comfiness. I just dont want to return it anymore but hoping i can get discount because of the blemish and not good packaging.

I wear these everyday at work. They are the most comfortable heels ever. I can wear them all day long and my feet don’t hurt at all
