Very Bad quality, very bad service. Lock body broken within three months need to replace by extra amount from company.After one year fingerprint sensor stopped working. Serious technical issues. Not recommended at all.

If someone really interested in digital world, the one should go for it. Best in price and customer support is very prompt. The only which makes it 4 star and not a 5 star product is the programmed voice level in door lock. Which is quite low and sometimes I can't hear instructions properly. Just make sure your door should be minimum 2 inch in thickness otherwise this would not fit properly. Password, finger and access card setup is very easy.

Build quality : Awesome WiFi connectivity: lest than 5 seconds Password unlock : perfect one time RFID unlock : less then 1 second Fingerprint: less then 1 second Manual key: not tried two much, but easy to use Battery backup: I think it’ll work for at least 4-5 month (Duracell) battery Online unlocking through app is smooth, sometime it is taking 4-5 seconds to notify on the app, but very easy to use. Support: they’ve provided very good support and also when my one rfid was not working they’ve sent me separately that one rfid. Thanks, value for money product.
