The product is solid and well made. The product was a prompt delivery, but the screws provided for fitting are very inadequate.The screws you need for a secure fit to a uPVC frame with a steel frame within is 2 one and half inch self tapping screws.The screws provided are 2 cm wood screws, so if you are fitting these sash jammers to a uPVC frame you will have to provide your own adequate screws.
