These worked great for starting my plants for the fall garden. They are LED, they don't put out any heat and give off a good amount of light. They are easy to install and unlike the old florescent lights you don't have to worry about breaking the bulb.

This is my second set. I have the longer ones and these short ones. Very easy to hang. However, when plugging them into each other, the stiffness of the cord moves how the light hangs. Would work better mounted. However, with a little creativity, you can get them to hang straight down.It says they are not compatible with timers. I used a timer on mine and it worked just fine.

I rarely have a product whose functionality and costs is important, in my life, that happily surprises me, exceeding expectations. I have a room full of terrariums enclosing a couple hundred Begonia species, and use at least fifteen or sixteen 48 inch, single bulb, fixtures. Initially, I used the older 54 watt, HO T5 bulbs. With increasing electricity coss, I have purchased a a number of LED fixtures over the last few years, including the 42 watt Barrina grow light/fixtures available on Amazon, which I found pretty good. These new fixture use only 40 watts, and defintely put out more light than any of the other fixtures I am using, including the non-LED T5s. And when I touched the cover for the LED strip, to remove the film covering. i couldn't feel Any heat.i will be purchasing more of these.

I purchased four of these Sunco grow light and am very pleased with all of their function. Easy to hang and the plants are thriving in our green house. I do recommend this company because I have four other grow lights in the green house that has given great service, manufactured by Sunco.

Only three of the lights worked. Amazon referred to seller for warranty. I hope they address the issue. The three that are working have a nice amount of light, but not worth the $ if they don't replace the defective one.Seller was prompt in response and is honoring the warranty by replacing the defective light.

These grow lights work great!! I have them hanging in my shed with timers, keeping my house plants and mobile yard plants growing for next season. I plan to start new plants from seedlings when the timing is right for spring planting.

They work great and are easy to install. They have a seven year warranty, too.

My house plants started peeling up pretty quickly when I replaced my old fluorescent lights with these. They're easy on the eyes when you're in the same room with them too.
