Neat little beginner kit for anyone interested in candlemaking and doesn't have previous experience. The bottle cutter is definitely better for short neck bottles and ones that aren't tapered a long way or else the blade has trouble hitting it. We tried it on some local IPA beer bottles and a bottle of blue chair rum. Worked better on the beer bottles since they had shorter necks and were fat on top rather than tapered.Situating the blade was a bit of a pain and a learning curve, but worked once we figured it out. For the price it was worth it to learn if we wanted to go the recycled bottle route for our little business or not. And the wax we learned wasn't really up our alley, though it is a nice white and poured smooth.

Everything is great!! From quality of the board, to the silky wax.Although, the vanilla and lavender fragrances are a little off. Maybe cause I would rather have more woodsy or fresh scents.

Kit is great and all was included. Please think about buying fragrances from another source- those included smelled REALLY bad. Not sure if I got old stock on them, but they went straight to the trash! Disappointed with that issue- but bottle cutter works great. Nice quality wax and wicks.
