Q: Can i contact the seller as i love this device but the chin strap keeps becoming unsecured?

I did because I bought it in good faith for my mum but unfortunately it didn't fit and they said they wouldn't let me return it but after a bit of a battle I got a refund because I explained that nowhere did it say that this item wasn't eligible for a refund. I bought mine direct from Amazon as well.
