The number of pieces in this kit is a bit daunting, but one doesn’t eat a pie all at once; one separates it into pieces. That’s what I plan to do—eventually. I fear procrastination approaching. The pieces are colorful and lovely. I’ll enjoy the work.

The kit was lovely, and it's easy to make it even better. I completed one of the 3, but changed the colors to match the bride's flowers. I also changed the hair color to match the bride and groom. I used wool fabric to make the groom's suit. And I bought an ivory silk pocket square to make the bride's dress. I didn't think the folded piece of lace would look good. I used the veil material and pearl beads that came with the kit. But what I really wanted was the printed background fabric. The blue printing rubbed off fairly easily, so the reference image was important. I was able to blot the remaining blue lines off when I was done. I bought an arched frame for the finished product, but I'm sure it would have been well received if I kept it simple and used the hoop for the finished product. After the picture below, I added their names and the wedding date, too. The bride and her mother thought it was the most thoughtful gift. Using the wedding colors made a huge difference in how it was received and didn't cost much.

These are so very pretty! Since there are 4 kits in the pack, and the price was so reasonable, I thought maybe they'd be very small. It was such a pleasant surprise that they're all for the 8" (2cm) hoop, which is included. Also provided are Threaders, a pkg. of needles, and snips. Each kit has its own pre-carded floss. So glad I made this purchase!

Absolutely beautiful but so hard to get the needle through with the wider ribbons. I used pliers to grab the needle and pull it, even then it took 3 or 4 times yanking it before it went through the fabric.However I am determined to finish all 3, they were a very good value. Not fun for kids, if they only had all narrow ribbons then it would be great fun for kids.. the photo of the one I’ve completed has no frame yet. It will look great when framed.

Easy to follow, love the wood look but the durability of rubber frame. I am a beginner, and these were well explained and perfect for a small project that wasn't intimidating.

Very happy with this silk ribbon embroidery kit. The instructions aren't really clear but I've done this kind of embroidery before so was able to figure it out, taking one step at a time. I was impressed with the quality of the supplies included and the price was great.
