I’m super fussy about pillows and usually pack my full sized pillow for any stay away from home. I purchased this pillow for a trip to save space in my suitcase and I’m thrilled with it!It is super comfortable. It inflates easily and deflates just as easily. It takes up very little space and is light weight. I love the ergonomic design that supports the neck. You can adjust how firm it is and create the perfect support.It was smaller than I had envisioned… but it turned out it was actually an adequate size for a comfortable night’s sleep.I slept on it for 2 weeks straight and woke up every day headache free! It is a great pillow!

I have tried about 10 inflatable and non-inflatable pillows for backpacking. Exped, Thermarest, Nemo, Sea to Summit, Trekology, outdoor vitals, etc. Really spanning the whole spectrum from $10 to $70.All inflatable pillows give me a neck kink. Every single one. I even foam ones tend to collapse in the middle of the night. I bought a 1lb memory foam pillow out of sheer desperation for good night sleep in the wilderness. It’s a huge monster and I just can’t bear myself to bring it with me on backpacking trips.Out of desperation I tried this pillow (the one with extra memory foam), and this was it. The only inflatable pillow that I slept well the whole night!The size is larger than usual inflatable pillows. The square shape is excellent for making it feel like a normal pillow. It’s supportive. You do need to inflate it to almost full to get best support. It doesn’t squeak or sound hollow. The memory foam is just right, and helps keep your head warm. It even comes with pad straps.So why the three stars? The pillow arrived leaky. I contacted the support and after a week got no response. I really just don’t like companies who do not offer any customer support. In the end I returned it through Amazon, and bought the second one. And this one leaked too!The one way valve has a design flow. The valve flap seems to be too inflexible or too thick to correctly shut off outgoing air. The cap that goes on top of the valve is not air tight, air slowly leaks.I worked around this by blowing up the pillow, and squeeze quickly to force the valve to close tighter. You can hear the air escaping a little bit slower. When I get it just right, the leak rate is too slow for me to notice.I’m going to put up with this leaking issue for now. It’s annoying to know the pillow leaks air. But it’s too comfortable for the weight and pack size saving over that 1lb monster.Update: After posting this review the seller offered a full refund. So the customer service seems to be quite good after all if you contact them through Amazon. Bumping up to 4 stars.

I have a foam pillow in this shape that is larger that I sleep on each night so I was looking for something that I can travel with in the same shape. This pillow was so comfortable!!! It deflated to a small size and was very easy to pack. I highly recommend this!

I LOVE this pillow and won't leave home without it. I packs tiny and inflates easily. I don't fill it all the way, but its just right for my neck that way. It is soft but I always use a pillowcase to help protect it.

Bought this for it's compactness for a trip, but a disappointed in the support and comfort department. Won't be returning, but not sure how much use it will get.

I purchased this air pillow because I saw it had a deep side that I could use to support my neck. The quality is great. I have not had to air it up multiple times during my camping trip. You can make it as firm as you like, or not. The case is soft and comfortable to the skin. It’s the right size for camping, my husband does not end up with my pillow on his face, lol. The only complaint I had was that it would occasionally escape over the edge of the cot, but I solved that by getting the camping sheets with the pillow pocket. Very pleased with my purchase!

You can't beat this pillow for the price. Super comfy, small and lightweight. Easy to inflate, compact but not super small. Ideal to fit under the sleeping bag hood. Super recommended

Packs small inflates easily. I still need more as a large, side sleeper. Will combine with a small foam pillow to make my camping set up work.

For someone with neck issues who travels often this is the perfect pillow to cram into carry on luggage. It is supportive and comfortable. It has held up well so far.

I have not even used this item yet and the valve is already messed up just from blowing it up a few times. The valve leaks air while trying to blow it up. The first time i blew it up the valve was fine. 2nd time blowing it up valve is leaking. This is a major problem. I finally find a cervical camping pillow and it’s garbage. To bad because nobody else on the market is making cervical camping pillows. Theve cornered a market with this pillow with no other company making this style and they completely blew it. Not sure if anyone else is noticing when you order something of amazon or offline the quality is garbage. Flextail makes good air pumps not camping pillows.
