Been using over a year now and I practice calisthenics regularly. Lasts very long. Preferably store is properly in cool dry place for better longevity. Incase it dries up just add some ethanol solution and it will work fine (but so far I didn’t need to).

Worst Product Total waste of money. Once you open the seal. Day after you will face the problem of squeezing N It will turn from liquid to solid. Total waste of money for tha product
