I purchased the ikeepi Heating Vest for stiff neck/upper back due to migraine and exercise. I wanted it because this is the first product I have seen that can do the job without disposable components. Hot water bottles are awkward and cool quickly, stick-on patches are single use, and heating pads tie you to one place. The ikeepi seems to solve all of these. The washable vest goes on easily, with three strap extenders to fit a variety of sizes and positions. The micro hook Velcro will also cling to some clothing fabrics allowing further versatility. The unit comes with a USB cable and adapter, which gives you the option of powering your vest in a number of ways, including a powerbank for portability. Vest is hand washable and has three heat settings. I think this will get a lot of use as I don't have to feel guilty about discarding patches.Only improvements could be to the straps which can be quite short even with extenders, and a removable cover would be a great option.

This heating pad really helps my upper back pain. I like that I can use it without having to lay on a traditional heating pad. I can use it while driving in my car also since it has a USB connection. I was initially concerned that it might not fit because I have a very large chest but with the extenders that were included it fits just fine. It does have an auto shut off feature also. It can be used in so many different places on the body either by wearing it or just using it as a traditional heating pad. Its also very soft!

I love this amazing heating pad! You can literally use it for any, and I mean ANY body part! It also comes with 3 extension straps to allow more comfort while easing all those aches and pains with heat. It has 3 different heat settings that are easy to judge based on the color indicator. I highly recommend this to anyone that could use relief from pain.

Got the product with out any charging. It took one day to completely get charged. Once charged I was able to use it with out any issues and provides enough of warmth to help relieve any pain or cramps. Works for back pain or even sore muscles for that matte anywhere on your body as long as you can hold the belt properly. But the Charging is not lasting long. I had to charge it every time I use it for few hours. Other than that I am really glad that I bought it to help with my back pain. My wife also using this for helping with her cramps at times

First of all the instructions are very vague and the print very small which made it very difficult for an older person like me. I charged the battery all night but none of the power would turn on without the AC power and then they would not stay on. The battery showed fully charged. It is no use to me if I can't wear it around the house without the A.C. being plugged in. I followed the instructions pressomg the power buttons like it said but could not get them to to turn on.

Works great. You can strap it to your shoulders and if your wife won't get you a beer you can unplug the cord from the pad and go to fridge and come back and plug it back in. You don't have to bend down to outlet. You just reach up to pad, unplug and wala. No repositioning the pad when you get back to chair. Decided I don't need my wife anymore so this pad was certainly a life changer.4 stars because I wish it'd get a little hotter.

The heat is fine unless maybe you have a sweater on. But a regular shirt doesn’t prevent you from getting the full heat. Make sure it’s on high though as maybe one earlier reviewer didn’t press the button long enough. BUT it will last less than an hour. And then it’s back to charging. Experts say you only benefit from the first 15 minutes of heat but I’d like for it to be longer for sure....other than that, good stuff

This is something I bought for my wife since my wife's shoulder area is always tight and feels sore. This helps in move blood flow by the heat it applies. It takes time to heat up unit and i did not feel to much difference between the different levels. Hence a star reduction.
