These help my autistic and ADHD grandson to go to sleep. I find them better than melatonin supplements. Take about an hour to kick in so plan bedtime routine.

Can I return them? They don’t work!

My daughter has ADHD and bedtime used to be absolute chaos, she’d still be bouncing off the walls late into the night, sometimes literally doing handstands in her room when the rest of us were ready for sleep. Since starting these gummies, things have completely changed. She still has all her energy during the day, but when it’s time for bed she actually winds down and falls asleep without hours of fidgeting and chatter. They taste good (so she’s happy to take them), and just one gummy does the trick. They’ve honestly turned bedtime from a nightly marathon into something calm and manageable. I finally get to enjoy a quiet evening without wondering what acrobatics are happening upstairs!

My daughter isn't keen on the taste of these and reluctantly takes them. Unfortunately they seem to have little effect on settling her at bedtime and she's still awake for hours after taking them. Magnesium Bis-Glycinate works so so much better but I'm yet to find a chewable version here in the UK with the correct dosage for her so tried these.

Brought for my 11 year old who is very anxious at the moment and struggling to sleep. He's not struggling to fall asleep with these.

They don't work, and they taste awful
