Terrible customer service from 3rd party seller on defective part.
One of the parts is defective. I tried to get the part replaced. The third party seller only responded 1 time. And nothing after that. I waited two weeks. I was in contact with amazon through the process. After waiting the alotted time the amazon asked with no resolution amazon refunded my money.

Non-functional
Don't purchase this stand, please. Incredibly unstable, non-functional, and very hard to put together. The assembly instructions were unclear and complicated.

Rattles Alot And Not Very Sturdy
This thing is garbage. I put it together, and it rattles, and is not very sturdy

Impossible to tighten bolts; missing tool?
The bolts were extremely hard to tighten with the enclosed wrench. I doubt this unit would sustain constant blows from an average adult. Also, the instructions made mention of an Allen wrench, but that was not provided. In any case, there was no place than an Allen wrench could be applied. I finally gave up. And due to the size of the unit, returning it was not practical. So, I had to be stuck with nothing at the end of the day.
