Broke twice in only 4 months But…
First time the key pad froze and keypad froze, now the spring broke on the rear handle door needs to be force closed. But there customer service is Great.. They got in touch with me right away and sent new unit. Great Service !!!

Most Frustrating Product I've Ever Purchased
I had a similar lock that I was replacing as the handle had broken. However this product was absolutely the most frustrating product I've ever purchased on Amazon. After finally getting both handles to work I realized that I would need heavy duty equipment to cut the spindle to length. This is ridiculous! I didn't even bother returning this product. I just threw it in the trash and am out $62.
