This is in our damp basement and is doing a good job in removing the moisture. It comes with a hose to lead to a drain, this is convenient and was unexpected as most options cost more.It is easy to remove the collected water.I recommend this solution.

We bought this for our honey house. We set it up to drain down the sink drain. We can trust that it is working while we are in the house. You can control it by app. It is very quiet. It does a great job pulling the moisture from the air keeping the room dry and cool even with exhaust fan vent. I am sure it would be great in the house as well.Do not see any cons.Would recommend

The unit is working fine and is in good condition. However, I ordered this model because it has an external hose to a drain that frees me from constant emptying but the hose supplied is pressed flat half-way down and will only back up discharged water back into the tank and necessitate me emptying it. I have tried to contact the seller to get a replacement hose but am instead sent to JustAnswer.com to pay them a minimum Prime monthly charge to connect me with James, the company rep., to send the part. I am not doing that and it is bordering on fraud to do this sort of “bate-and-switch” tactic to anyone!! Just send the damn part and don’t cost the customer such grief!!!

Product only lasted about 2 months and then no longer would dehumidify. Runs constantly and is not producing any water. Junk

Runs with hardly any noise, easy to move around and empty. Does what I wanted it to do very well.

I've owned it now for about 6 weeks. It works very well for a one bedroom lower level condo in very humid Minnesota. It fills completely up about every 12 hours. I'm quite pleased with its effectiveness and how very quiet it is compared to other dehumidifiers. I forget it's even there most of the time because it is so quiet. I only wish it didn't beep when it's full. That's the only thing I would change.
