I tried Pura D'or Deep Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner and loved how they left my hair feeling. From the first application, it feels much softer, nourished, and easier to comb, even in the driest or most damaged areas. I like that it deeply moisturizes without leaving a greasy feeling, and it also leaves a pleasant, light scent that lasts throughout the day. This combo is amazing on my thin hair. I am 45 years old, going through menopause & my scalp is itchy, dry & oily, & all my hair is falling out even taking Nutrafol for years, minoxidil, oils, etc. I do not color my hair either. I was using Redken shampoo & Moracan conditioner for years & was ok with that, but now my scalp is freaking out so I did a lot of research & have been reading that sulfates in shampoos can cause irritation & your hair to fall out during peri menopause.... Pura D' Or was highly recommended for what I am going through & I have been using it for 4 days now & my hair is so amazing. I have complete volume without using a volume spray & the conditioner actually penetrates through my hair follicles. The smell of the shampoo reminds me of pinesol a little, but the conditioner is a completely different smell more like a Moroccan smell which I love. The benefits so out way the shampoo for me that I am not going to stop using it. My hair is not falling out anymore like is was & my scalp feels so good & I have no dandruff or itchiness. I am very happy with this amazing product!

This has a very strong smell but if you want results you've got to put up with something. Sometimes I don't like I mean I don't mind the smell. If it's going to give me results I will say I love the conditioner. My hair is really shiny and feels so soft. I do leave it on. I wash my hair first. Of course when you get in the shower and I leave it on for a couple of minutes. While I do a couple of other things you know wash my face, do a little bit of shaving because I've had cancer. I my cancer medication cause a little bit of hair underneath my chin to grow. So I shave that take care of that and then after I do all that I rinse the shampoo out of my hair and then I put the conditioner on and I work that through my hair really well and then I wash my body. That's the two minutes that I leave it on then I rinse it off. I will say my I used to use the leave-in conditioner and it was fine. It was good but this makes my hair so smooth silky and shiny and that lasts for a few days. I don't use this daily. I don't believe in washing your hair everyday. I don't think that's healthy for your hair. I did notice today when I washed my hair. I keep a screen in the drain of the bathtub that there was less hair in the drain of the bathtub. Probably about half of what it used to be, so I think it's working. Yay! So I would recommend it if you aren't so sensitive to the smell. It is strong and I'm getting used to it. But I'll say if it's working then who cares about the smell like candle move on with your life? It's great. I'll buy it again

I’ve been using this set for about a month now, and I’m definitely seeing less hair in the shower drain. It feels like my hair is getting a bit thicker and healthier. The scent is natural and not too strong. It’s a bit pricier than regular shampoo, but for the results, it’s worth it.

I love this stuff! I noticed some thinning in the front of my hair about a year and a half ago. It took me a year to accept and finally take some action and tried this shampoo towards the end of 2025 and have had great results. Not an overnight fix and keep your expectations realistic (don't expect transplant like results) but I have noticeably fewer fallen hairs after showering, and my hair has gotten thick enough again to where when I run my hand up and back it stays up, where before it was so thin it would just fall. Would recommend!

So to outline this review pretty briefly, I'm gonna to give a brief explanation of my hair type and my gender (male if my name didn't make it known). I have very curly hair, not coils but tight curls. I bought this as a sort of attempt to help with my hairs moisture and shine, but also hoped for it to help with my dandruff, which seems to never go away without a specific shampoo. The pluses were that for my girlfriend, it seemed to work wonders, she has very thick and straight hair, it introduced a vibrant shine to her hair and made it feel silky, whilst some don't like the scent, she liked it and so do I. Though I think it's also important to note her hair has always been very healthy and most products can give decent results for her hair. For me, all I got was shine, my routine was simple as well, I double shampoo once a week, as in, I shampoo during a wash twice, then I apply conditioner letting it sit for roughly ten or twenty minutes depending on my rush. The issue comes with how my hair is dry even after, even though I did notice better shine and at first softness, but since the first time washing, the hair isn't as soft but rather rough a bit? I condition every other day as to not over wash my hair as well so. The things I've noticed is that this does NOT help with dryness, it hasn’t really improved my hair, it hasn’t improved my curls either, so definitely not for curly hair. It didn’t really help my scalp either, as my dandruff was all the same, however, with neurogen or whatever it is called, my dandruff is immediately erased for the week, so there’s that. Overall, the TLDR, plus for straight hair, soft, shiny, silky, smooth, scalp seems OK but not grand for my girlfriend with straight hair. Minus for curly hair, dry, shiny though, but scalp hates it, and hair isn’t soft. Take everything with a grain of salt though, my hair has always hated being beautifully curly and I’m still looking for a perfect product for it, also note I’ve only been using this since 12/20 or so, not a long baseline to reference.

It is different than traditional shampoo and at first I got a lot of hair fall out but then realized that's no more than normal, after a few more washes I noticed less and less hair fall out after showering and while showering and even after brushing my hair so I have concluded that it is doing what it is supposed to. It has a nice smell I'm not sensitive to it at all and my hair feels clean and soft, actually softer than using Dove I can run my fingers through it for days after showering even. So yes I recommend this 😊

Everything! Customers be aware that this CAN happen to you too! After using the Shampoo, letting it sit 2min. each then rinse, followed with the Conditioner doing the same thing. I rinsed after each use before Shampoo then Conditioner! I noticed a big clump of hair at the very tip of my long hair before putting a towel on my head to dry and dry it. It came out with no problem!! That made me very nervous indeed. After taking the towel off my hair midway down my HAIR had Matted Up” in large clumps of hair! There was NO WAY THAT MY WIDE TOOTH PROFESSIONAL COMB could not go through my HAIR PERIOD! MANY STRANDS or my HAIR seriously tied together as if they enter locked each strand and bunched up, matted in large areas of my hair! My long hair in the back of my head 1/2 way down was heavy and pulled at my scalp causing it to hurt . I was starting to PANIC big time! I called my Beautician at a Hair Salon & described how I had bought this Shampoo & Conditioner together a couple of days prior to this Post through Amazon. I described to her how my hair immediately matted up & felt very strange. I needed her Professional Help & Advice immediately!!! Most of the “ Comments on Amazon seemed very encouraging & positive! I now question why other Negative Comments like mine were NOT also posted. I can’t be the only Customer that this has happened to! I’m hoping that MY COMMENT does get posted . I spent 4 hours sitting at the Hair Salon today hoping & praying that some of my hair damage could be repaired and also not walk out with possible areas of on my head bald or very, very thin and areas of my hair gone! My hair dresser had to cut out so much MATTED HAIR in “ Clumps” . Zoom in on the 2 pictures of my hair. It was thick & long!!!! Not now!!!! After paying HUNDREDS $$$$ today for a very short haircut, 2 long stay in Hair Conditioner applied , products applied for the damage then being told that I would have to continue to apply hair products to get my hair back to a healthy state again! My fear & emotional experience today along with the fear of possibility loosing more hair due to hair damage done with this product is overwhelming 😔. I actually bought this product because of the good comments AND the Description of both the Shampoo& Conditioner “ Aloe Vera Based Formula “ Made with Natural Preservatives, Provides Superior -Hydration. My Hair Dresser told me today to NEVER USE this type of Product EVER AGAIN! THAT IT IS BAD , HORRIBLE & other Descriptive WORDS ! She stated that my hair had the texture of “ Sand Paper”!!!!! Please don’t put your TRUST in ALL OF THE POSITIVE COMMENT’S that you read on any PRODUCT ! I DID and look what happened to my HAIR ! The SAME CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO! This is the second time that i have ordered the shampoo and conditioner combo it works the best for my hair as i have hair thining and i use them every alternate days and i can see clear results all my dandruf has gone and no my hairs are way healthier than before hair fall also stopped. Would recommend this combo for everyone as it has natural ingredients and it does wonders.

I’m still working through my first bottles of the PURA D’OR Biotin Gold Label shampoo and conditioner, but so far I’m really liking it. The formula feels gentle but still gives a good clean, and the conditioner doesn’t leave my hair greasy like some others do. My hair feels a bit fuller and healthier, and I’ve noticed less shedding in the shower, which is a good sign. The scent is mild and pleasant, and the ingredients list is packed with herbal DHT blockers and natural extracts, which is one of the reasons I decided to try it. Even though I’m only partway through the bottles, the early results look promising enough that I’m planning to keep using it. Overall, great experience so far—good quality, good feel, and seems to actually help with thinning. I’m looking forward to seeing the results after finishing the full set.

I actually loved Thu’s shampoo. I had thinning hair and I have to say it did help along with some supplements as well.
