Grrat product, easy to install,clear picture,2nd camera i have brought from this company, when the 1st camera developed a fault when i couldn't be fixed remotely, the company very quickly srnt a replacement without any fuss. I recommend these cameras and this company

Camera came well packaged before the estimated delivery day, everything you need is included to put it up, connecting to the WiFi was simple and quick, (a lot easier than some of the "bigger" brands) picture is crystal clear and you can have preset zones so it returns to where you want with the press of a button, the power lead is 3 metres long so plenty of scope to put it where you need it to go (plus it's comes with a plug, which is rare these days) overall a brilliant little addition to anyone's home security and the price is good to

Update the company reached out and started asking for my user login details... Considering I use the same app to monitor my sons bedroom camera I wasn't going to give them my details. Avoid at all costs! Camera was easy to set up and image quality is good however after just a couple of months it no longer records clips to sd card, the sd card is detected, it's just not even trying to record

Does exactly what I need. Easy to use and set up, not difficult to install and I liked it so much I bought another one only days after. Highly recommend The only downside is that you need the cloud service to playback. I’d bought SD cards thinking this would save me added expense in the long run. But have been advised by the company it will not. They also do not offer a multi camera plan. So require you to pay the subscription fee for each camera individually. A bit of a ploy to milk the customer for money more money I feel. This is not mentioned anywhere that I could see.

Price amazing. Ease if installation excellent, Quality of product very good. The software ruined this camera for me, not well constructed, motion detection activated every minute even at low setting. 50 activity recordings at night. The playback is not good. Could not find how to speed up playback X16 like other cameras eg Tapo. Wasted lots of time watching nothing but rain.....The software needs a lot of work to make it user friendly and after all that is the bit you spend time reviewing. LATEST UPDATE. GNCC have contacted me regarding this review. What a proactive company who strive to improve their products. Their R&D section are looking into the issues mentioned in my review and they may have updates to software that will sort these, we wait to see. I am testing another camera and will continue to feed back information. I am very very impressed with this company and hope they refine software and succeed in a competitive market.

Great product for your Home security, specially if you’re having issues definitely keeps those at bay. Easy to install. Viewed on your mobile.

Camera was easy to fit. Worked great for first 2 months then nothing was being recorded to sim. Had to pay subscriptions to iCloud on both cameras, making it a costly purchase. If I had looked into this more or even read previous reviews I would have chosen camera's that didn't need an iCloud subscription

I’ve had another camera from their range for 2 years now and have upgraded to this one. So easy to install and the app is easy to set up and very user friendly. The picture quality is great and there is so much you can do on the app. I subscribe to their cloud service and get 24/7 recording, you can use a SD card and not pay a subscription if you like. For the price you pay you cannot get a better camera that has all the features, including motion tracking, than this, and their customer service is great too. Very much value for money.
