I had no idea my kitchen floor was this dirty!! Worked well on the tile and the grout. Easy to assemble and use. Other comments said it was too short; if you pull the handle all the way up after spinning the mop head, and then lock the handle in that position, it is plenty long enough. I would have given it five stars if the mop head sides came out as clean as the middle of the mop head. It is kind of like cleaning the bottom of the tub and ignoring the ring.

This item is not like they show on the video i literally just received it. I tried using it and the floor didnt fet clean the mop dont get cleaned like it says

Update: So after leaving my intial review about this product and returning for a refund the seller rea hed out to me. They were apologetic and are trying to make it right. That is great customer service right there.So right away when I recieved this product I could tell they didn't send me a new one but cleaned up one that was returned and sent back and sent that one to me. I could tell because one of the mop heads were stiff like it was used and then the other two were folded up and stuffed in box not to mention box had a rip in it. I still decided to try it anyways. So I put it together and put my water in it and it worked like the first two spins with soaking the mop and separating dirty water from clean water and then it stopped working. Won't apray up water anymore so needless to say I am sending it back and requesting a refund. I had high hopes for this mop.
