I'm a 5"8" 50+ years old, weight 15 stones, all around the middle...36/38" waist. Ordered the XL, yeah sure it's tight and you have to pull it on, but it's long enough comes down well past the waistline of your boxers etc. Seems to hold it all in quite well. If you're expecting to look like some kind of gym bunny with a pronounced chest and waistline with biceps like Arnie, you're going to be disappointed. It's a vest, not a sleeveless miracle. On the upside..I now have a hint of cleavage, probably not that sexy to be honest.

Lots of negative reviews for this product made me think I had wasted my money before it arrived.Yes they are a little tough to get on and off but the point of a compression vest is that they are tight.I didn’t find my movement restricted when wearing it and found it to be quite breathable.It wasn’t visible under my jumper and it gave me that ‘squeeze in’ that I was looking for.This will not make you look muscly nor will it make you un-fat; it is a simple shaper vest designed to hide a few curves and bring you in.

Good quality and tight fit not easy to get on or off but does help hold some bits in

Doesn't work and is very cheap. Sent straight back.

For me, it was hard to get on and even harder to remove, didnt help shape me.
