While it's difficult to critically rate a valve stem cap, they do appear to seal, and they do have the Union Jack, so it meets my criteria for purchasing them.

couldn’t get off tire
if you live in a winter state do not get these they’re metal and will warp to your tire, we where unable to get them off the tires by out selves and we had to have a mechanic get them off even he struggled

Had them for about 2 months no sign of them fading and they look perfect with the Union Jack theme of my car.

Awful quality after one months the top with the flag was lost last week another top fell off and today one more fell off Ridiculous quality Do not purchase you are wasting your money
