Great for Shingles Pain Relief
I got a couple these when I had painful shingles & used to put them against my skin during the day & lie on them at night. Out of everything I used to manage the pain (meds, creams, gels etc), it was these gel pads that gave the most relief.

Hot or Cold these packs work a treat.
Tried hot..... Great Put one in freezer for 60. Mins... Very Good. Also handy to keep Beer cool....n the summer 🌞 ..

Very useful to keep at home.
We bought this one as our old one was ruptured and lost its use. This one arrived promptly and at a very reasonably price for two. We put one in the freezer and the other in our medicine cabinet to use it when necessary. We used it both way hot and cold for my husband as he has joint pains and this is perfect for the purpose. Very easy to use and although it doesn’t mention about joint-pains, it still works, although these particular types are not that great for heat retention, doesn’t stay hot for long. Yet, I would definitely recommend.

This is a first class product, I first purchased in 2019 and it has been a god send with looking after my 96 year old Mom with all the pains old age , with only 30 sec in the microwave it light weight wait, flexible for any place on the body or just comforting to cuddle ,I have even used it in my little dog’s bed when he has been under the weather, I have just purchased 2 more has I am getting to that age my self. I have made a little cover for mine to keep delicate safe / much better than pills or rubs.

Letters removed once warm
Packs stay hot for around 20 to 40 mins after the recommended trip in the microwave. I experienced an issue where after I heated it up at the stated setting, time and temperature the words on the pack came off, this makes me worry about the gel pack itself and if there may be damage where the letters came off

This is a great freeze pack for your shoulders or neck or back done the job for myself and my partner were needed thank you very much

Disappointing
It doesn’t keep the temperature. You need to constantly reheat. Doesn’t last 10mins. Really disappointed.
