Sold the house on the same afternoon my husband buried him. Problem came when we closed on the house my husband went to dig him up and couldn't find him. Don't send a man to do a woman's job, no matter how simple.

House sold one week after burying this little plastic saint. Big win for superstition! Or is it?

We buried St. Joseph like you’re supposed to and he was of great help to us in selling our building. He was the perfect size too. Both the sturdiness and material were exactly what we wanted and were great.

Placebo...faith...hope, I am not sure what blend or mix went into his success, but the St Joesph statue did the trick! We buried this noble dude in front of our house on 8/1 and the house was in contract by 8/24...not bad Joe! It's worth the investment. My whole family held him, prayed with him, and set the intention for him to help us sell the house. The kids liked the process too, who doesn't love a good ritual with intention, energy, and affirmative prayer to help you move forward in life.

I purchased the St. Joseph house selling statue to sell my condo. I used it before for my other house. My Townhouse was sold in 3 weeks, that surprised even the realtor!

I had not heard of this until a friend told us about it. We're trying to sell a house, and weren't getting much movement on it, so thought we'd try this out. At the end of the day, we followed the directions - buried the statue (upside down) in front of the house, and said the prayers. We really haven't see any movement on the house, but it was worth a try. The process isn't really what you're reading this review for, though. The statue itself is a fairly cheap looking plastic statue of St. Joseph, probably no better than any other option out there (probably the exact same one, most likely). The card inserted with the statue was formatted and printed nicely. With the quality of the statue being what it was, I can't give it 5 stars, but I'm sure it's no worse than the other options out there.

We are not religious. Our friends insisted this was like magic. Living in a Catholic neighborhood we decided it couldn't hurt. We ordered this right before our list went live. We received it hours before our listing went out. We followed the instructions and buried Joe face to the street upsidedown. What came next was kind of shocking. Later that evening a woman was stopped in front of the house. We were leaving town because we had showings scheduled over the weekend. I asked her if she wanted to see the house. She immediately got out of her car and came inside. She explained she had an appointment to see it the next morning with her agent. We walked her through to the house and gave her the history. The next morning we had a full price offer. I can't really explain how this happened. Some things are better left a mystery I suppose. Thanks Joe.

THANK YOU ST. JOSEPH!!! This worked for me to sell my home FAST! I had my home on the market for 6-7 months before taking it off because there was no movement and barely any interest. I decided to put my home back on the market again March 2026 and I just closed on my home at the end of April 2026. The best part is it went for over asking price! Was in a really desperate situation; my house sold maybe a month after I bought it after many offers that fell through. it came with the instructions and prayer card, which we prayed with every night, and I'm not Catholic; however, I'm very appreciative and thankful. it was a good size and good quality too! I wasn't able to find it after I buried it, which I searched up if it's bad, and the internet said that sometimes Joseph helps you out and wanders away, haha.
