Incredible stuff.
This stuff brought our stamped concrete patio back to life. Looks basically brand new. Deepened the color back to original, and has the clear wet look we were going for. Far far better than the water based acrylic stuff you can get at the big box home improvement stores. I will be using this stuff every time I reseal. I used a heavy duty (bleach/deck) pump sprayer that worked amazingly well at spreading, and then quickly backrolled with a 3/4 inch nap roller. Super quick application. Just be careful to watch the outside temps. The instructions say to apply when the sun is declining for the day. I'd even recommend just waiting until the sun goes down. If the patio is still warm from the earlier sun, it can volatilize the product quickly. Thats the only real thing to worry about with this stuff: there is a narrow temperature range that you need to apply it, and also avoid rain. So we had to wait and watch the weather a lot to find a few days that would be ideal to apply

Renews faded concrete.
Our second time using this product. Extremely happy with the water resistance, shine and renewal of our patio. Easy to roll on with a paint roll and pole . We apply every three years.

great product, read all instructions, use a respirator
I used this product to reseal a garage floor originally sealed with a solvent-based sealer. You can apply right over a floor already solvent-sealed, but not one that was water-sealed, so determine what you have. Be sure to thoroughly clean the floor before applying in any case. I also used concrete patch to fill holes in the floor from spalling. If you do that do not use a chloride-based hardener in the concrete. The patches will turn black in contact with a solvent-sealer. Before applying I sealed the door between the house and garage with painter tape and plastic to keep fumes out. When applying, use a respirator, the fumes are wicked. Applied the sealer with a long-handled paint roller when the garage floor was in the shade to prevent splotching. It went down easy. Kept the garage door up part way to ventilate while drying. I did two coats, a day apart. (Did close the garage at night.) Waited a couple days after the last coat before rolling the car back in. Did not do it but recommend using this product with an additive that helps prevent slipping. The newly sealed floor is not slippery when dry, but the one time it has been wet it was slippery.

excellent quality
I use this product on the front Stone of my house to give it a shiny, wet look. It is easy to apply, I recommend two coats. Looks great.

Works great, looks great
I sealed some concrete pavers with this and it worked great. Really brings out the subtle colors in the bricks. It makes everything a little bit darker like it's wet which I also like. I got the medium volatility. I assume the more volatile ones are more effective and they only created less volatile ones because they had to. I started by putting some in a plastic cup and brushing it on the bricks. That worked for about five minutes until the cup melted. Lol. So then I just slashed it out of the bottle onto the bricks and spread it out with the brush. It was pretty quick. Use a disposable brush.

Perfect results!
This is truly an amazing product! I recommend that you follow the instructions and go for an early evening application, as the temperature of the surface truly does matter. I also recommend that you spray this, not roll it, and use an inexpensive pump sprayer from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Once used you cannot reuse The sprayer. As you can see from the mid-application photos, the varnish has completely revitalized my patio. I needed two coats and was Very happy with the result. This product is extremely toxic and I would never recommend anyone to use it on an interior floor without taking extreme precautions for ventilation and maybe even a breathing mask! Even outside I’ve had a headache after using it two different nights, but the smell was gone the next day. With two coats rain will not permeate the sealant at all! I cannot attest to the duration and when it will need another coat, however I’m sure it will be way longer than the six months that my Thompson water sealed patio lasted.

No foil seal
Bottles came without a foil seal. They had evaporated. I read that these bottle should have had a seal and if not they may have been tampered with.
