It works very well. Its only a supplement its not gonna flip a switch and make you become a millionaire. Helps with energy as I was drinking 4 or 5 energy drinks a day now I dont need them. Take in the morning though or will make it tuff to fall asleep.

Im taking these with a Olly Mens vitamin there's no real downside i need the Ashwaganda so I can sleep well everything else is just overall wellness I seen Turmeric is good for you maybe its helping with Brainfog too but ima gonna take some wellness drops that terance Howard uses too soon
