I have this vitamins on subscribe and save, because of how great they work for me. Going through menopause is horrible, but these vitamins work great. The sizing is perfect, and they don’t upset my stomach. This price is great. I would recommend these vitamins to all Women they are menopausal. Easy to swallow, and most definitely help with the symptoms.

I fo prefer to take 2 smaller sized pills than 1 horse pill. Definitely have seen a decrease in hot flashes and sweatshirts (day and night). Will be subscribing!

I had relentless hot flashes for weeks, often being awakened at night at least 7-10 times. After researching many products online, I said, why not give these a try. I have nothing left to lose. My sanity is gone already. And hey, it's Centrum, not some brand I've never heard of. And the price is good, even though I would've sold nud** of my dog to finance something to make these hell flashes leave. THEYWORKED. Within 5 days I was sleeping with only 3-4 episodes per night. After 7-10 days I haven't had a hot flash at night and only a handful total during the day. My focus is better, too. JUST BUY THESE DANG VITAMINS. Your family will thank you. And your dog will, too.

Good results, but a little hard on an empty stomach. Not a miracle product, but can recommend as a solid multivitamin.

Just started taking them for about a week. So far so good.

What can I say? Well these pills didn’t work for me , I was still sweating at night more then ever. I was constipated for 3 days. It might work for someone , because we’re all different. I wish I get my money back. Not worth the money.

I've been on HRT for couple years and wanted to ween myself off because it is expensive. I'll be 57 in April and I'm considered post menopause. I received these supplements March 7th and took this in place of HRT. I've been taking the Centrum every morning and it is now March 20th. I've noticed I would get an occasional warmness but not an intense hot flash. I can handle the warm sensation. I didn't expect these vitamins to give me the same relief as HRT which I knew going into this but so far I'm not having any hot flashes or terrible mood swings. I will continue with these and see how it goes. Everyone is different and the symptoms they have but for me it's working so far.
