With our boil and bite technology we have ensured that getting your mouth guard to fit your mouth perfectly is as easy as 123! To fit our mouth guard simply put the mouth guard into hot water (around 65 degrees), let it sit for 30 seconds to make it more mouldable. Remove the gum shield then place it onto your upper teeth, pressing into the molars then the front teeth, as well as ensuring to press against your cheeks and gum line whilst sucking for around 20-30 seconds. Remove the gum shield and place it in cold water to secure the mould and voila! Your gum shield is ready to use! Buy Senior size unless for someone very small
I bought a junior as it was only junior or senior size available but junior would only fit a toddler. My son is 9 and this would not be close to fitting him and so I have had a order another one, Senior size. Product looks ok but unless buying for a very small person do not order small size. For the price I could not be bothered to return or get a refund so just as a warning

Waste of time...save your money.
The product is just about big enough to fit a mouse. Its really small.The product costs about £2.50 to return.And to add top it off when they recieve it back they tell you that they have recvieved an empty envelope. Sounds like a scam to me.Dont waste your time!!!

perfect product, crappy case
It fits perfectly, better than my previous venum one. The one thing not giving it 5 stars is the case is awful. I have a peice of tape to keep it closed. Far from ideal. I'll only buy this again if it has a better case. But it's easy to talk with, easy to breathe with, doesn't rub. the actual guard itself is flawless

Useless product waste of money
Terrible product. Followed instructions completely and mouth guard has totally shrunk.! Literally all misshapen and shrinkage isn’t even symmetrical! Waste of money!!

Their tiny!! And don't fit as stated even if you do measure child's mouth
The size is no way 3.5cm it wouldn't fit a babies mouth. I measured my son's mouth and it was 3cm and this was still tiny. Seller didn't want to know. So I'm out money for nothing as would cost almost the same to return. Better going to a shop and getting fitted properly.

Looks very cool.I order the junior one. Please note its quite small, probably only good for <10's or pre-teens with a small mouth.

For the price it’s perfect
Ideal for my boy who plays rugby for pe once a week, he’s 12 ordered the larger size and it’s perfect two gos doing the impression bit and it fit.

Another Fail.
No grip. Falls straight out. More of a choking hazard than a gum shield! We’ve done these boil & bite types many, many times, following the instructions to the letter and they never work. Don’t waste your money. For all the cash I’ve dished out on emergency guards I might as well have just asked the dentist to make a new one for £50!!! 😡
