Received this item within a couple weeks of ordering. Boxes were a bit damaged in shipping. Missing some critical bolts, but Sunjoy was very responsive and shipped them to us right away. Only took about another week. My only complaint is that this is supposedly a Cedar gazebo and it's really "China Pine", as they say in the instructions. Wood is pretty soft and easy to splinter. I split a cross beam on the second step. Was able to sandwich it between two other pieces I had, so should be strong enough. Like many of these gazebos, the more you put it together, the more reinforced it is. It is definitely a 2 person job, mainly for assembling the frame. After that, it is a lot of nuts and bolts to assemble the roof. Not hard at all, but takes some time. Not being in a hurry, it has taken a few days to finish. You could do it in 2 days, or if you have two motivated folks, probably a day. Directions are all pictograms, so sometimes a little unclear. Other than that, no real issues with assembly and the gazebo looks very nice and is sturdy. will be using a waterproof stain on the wood for weather protection before the weather turns.

Came without hardware, very disappointing.

The wood is soft and came damaged in the package. The roof is very flimsy and some of the pieces arrived bent, which causes them to not line up properly. I’m not sure if this thing will hold up through a thunderstorm. It was pretty easy to assemble and looks decent. I just hope it holds up with the weather. I don’t think it was worth the price.

The quality is good for the price; roof material is not very thick; pretty sturdy. I’d give the gazebo 4.5 stars and Amazon 3 stars. Instructions were OK to follow; not great. I put together solo with the minor assistance from my son to hold up the wood border beams. Do yourself a favor and buy a hex set with T-handles; your hands will thank you. Received 4 out of 5 boxes. One of boxes was received empty by UPS. When I tried to get just that one box, they shipped me a whole new gazebo. Weird. Make sure to check for damage to boxes and contents before starting to build. One of the boxes containing the panels for the roof was in bad shape. Several were slightly bent but I was able to bend back into shape. When assembled, the seams of the panel seams toward the bottom did not nest tightly and there appeared to be gaps. I fixed this by buying a rivet gun and 1/4 inch black rivets and riveting the bottom portion of the seam. That made them leak proof and you can’t see the rivets. I should not have had to do that. All in all it's a nice gazebo, well constructed mostly. Directions are okay, some parts could have been more clear. Packaging was good for everything but the roof panels. Unfortunately they all had areas that were bent. While I was able to straighten them out and hide most problem areas.....it still disappointing. I feel they could have been manufactured using a heavier gauge steel. I would have requested a replacement but it was too late as we were building. For what I spent I expected better. Looks good installed. Rained last night and it's water tight as far as the roof.

What a great gazebo. It’s quite sturdy. Definately need 3 people to set up. A good ladder. Took most of day to build but great.

Je voulais en faire un gazebo fermé pour le soleil, pluit et les bibittes. Le double toit est ouvert alors tous peuvent entrer et il n'existe pas de rideaux ou panneaux en mica ou autres en hauteur de 84 pouces pour ce model, je suis déçu ! Aussi quelques manque de précision au montage, il faut êtres super précis pour ne pas avoir à démonter, et pour fixer les 4 poteaux sur une plate-forme il n'y a pas de vis d'encrage d'inclus avec la figure.
