got this it get nails and metal out of my soil in borders, works very well and extends to I don't need to bend down

Have to do many passes to make sure you get everything because the magnet isn't as strong as it really should be.

Very pleased with the performance at this price point. Had the roof replaced and even though the contractor tried to get all the roofing nails with their own magnet, I was sure additional passed with the Neiko would find nails on the driveway and in the yard. I did not want to find nails in tires, my feet or the feet of my dogs. I may not use often but well worth the price.

This magnet is extremely strong and works even better than I expected. I use it to pick up my shotgun shells when I go hunting, and it keeps them securely in place without slipping or falling off. This tool stores in a very tiny place. I lost a bolt from a machine in the grass in my backyard. It found it very easily. It made a decent clink when it hit the magnet it is doing the job.
