Yes, there is a medium men's size.

Q: Are these cinese sizes and if they are do i have to order1 or 2 sizes larger. Be honest i need to know, i like my t-shirts baggy not tight

We just got ours in. Hubby wears 2x in men’s. It was too tight. I wear 2x in women’s and it was too tight for me. I guess the 50/50 on material makes a huge difference.

Q: How tall is the shirt in length

I ordered a small. From the back of the neck to the bottom this shirt is 26 inches long.

Q: Tall skinny size ? I am 6 foot 3 150 lbs

Well, since both my boys (under 18 and 21) are over 6'3", I understand your dilemma. I would suggest a large if you prefer a sleeker look or the extra large if you like a little room. If your shoulders are more broad go for the extra large 🙂. Don't forget, after you wash it two or three times, if you put it in the dryer, it will shrink.
