Then item came Packed well and is functioning properly.

Laptop did not power on – completely defective
Unfortunately, the laptop did not turn on at all. The charger included in the box was also defective, so I had to purchase a separate charger just to test whether the issue was with the charger or the laptop itself. When the new charger arrived, the charging indicator light came on, but the laptop still never powered on. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Not functional
This laptop that I've received wasn't functional, looked clean and proper but when I start working on it, it started giving me error message saying it needs restart. When I restarted it, it was still lagging so I had to hard shutdown it and restart it. I tried to contact the two number for assistance but none of them was working. I bought another computer but not refurbished
