I struggle with insomnia and workout in the afternoons/evenings, so pre workouts loaded with caffeine are not an option for me. I have tried many stim free pre workouts from different providers, and I am convinced this is the best on the market. I wish it wasn’t the case, because I think it’s expensive but I have decided to cheap out in other areas so that I can continue to buy this. The simple reason is that it just works. Gives a great pump and helps me push through challenging workouts. Getting more specific, I love that the ingredient list prioritizes compounds that are proven to help performance and limits ingredients that may be considered novelties (or even fillers). One example is the ORAC blend that is found in Kaged’s standard, non-Elite stim free pre workout. Other stim-frees on the market use nootropic compounds (such as huperizine A) that I find too stimulating, and ultimately defeats the purposes. Here you get a moderate dose of Alpha GPC which gives a mild nootropic/focus effect but doesn’t result in me laying in bed sleepless all night. Only downside here is that I occasionally get stomach upset if I take this on an empty stomach. Simple solution is to have a small snack or mix it with whey protein. Great stuff!

For me, this was way too sweet. Even doubling the recommended amount of water, it's still too sweet. I'll be trying a different brand next time. 2 stars because it has pretty good ingredients that's hard to beat, except the amount of artificial sweeteners.

Yes this product did

My stance on preworkout used to be that if it tasted pleasant, it must be a gimmick.but the flavor on this is 9/10 I’m not sensitive to caffeine, but I was consuming over 700mg a day and having trouble sleeping for quite a while with my previous preworkout. This is a great way to get all of the non stim stuff that I want and it lets me choose my own adventure for how much caffeine I want in the day. I still take stims with it (15mg of dynamine, 15mg teacrine, and about 150 mg of caffeine through whatever the equivalent amount of vitasure SR caffeine is.

One of the best caffeine free preworkouts on market. Love the pump and energy without the need for stims. Can use anytime I want to hit a workout and fall asleep after.
