The expiration date is reasonably far enough out to consume the entire bottle. Each capsule is similar in size to most supplements available. They are clear and contain a tan powder. These capsules are pretty much tasteless, odorless, and easy to swallow. It does mention being lab tested, manufactured in a GMP compliant facility and formulated in the USA. While it is difficult to truly say if this supplement works well for me, it does seem to do as good as any other when paired with my other supplements. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. It met my expectations.
