Insufficient packaging
Beautiful teapot which sadly was delivered broken in the packaging. It had been wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and put in a cardboard box, totally insufficient for the item. Really disappointed and no option to receive another. Sent back for a refund.

Not a smooth pour is an understatement
Looks nice, good size … pour your tea and it splutters everywhere. Not good at all, mine has gone in the bin. Don’t bother, you can get much better.

Perfect size for my Mrs Tea
Size is perfect for my Mrs Tea. Love the color and style. Only drawback is that the handle is slippery and hard to hold a grip. Probably just needs a dishwasher run.
