FIFINE Low Profile Boom Arm โ Decent, But Not for Heavy Mics
I really liked this boom arm when I first got it. The low-profile design is sleek, and it stays out of the way on my desk. But after a few months of holding my SM7B, I noticed the arm started sagging, even after tightening the hinge. That said, Iโve had this same issue with several other boom arms, so Iโm not too disappointed โ it seems to be a common problem with heavier mics. For lighter setups, itโs great. For something like the SM7B? Be prepared to adjust it often.
