Wind-up Train: A Toy and Book Combo with a Steam Train Adventure Through Cities, Mountains, and Rivers, and a Visit to a Train Museum

The 3 year old that got this gift slept with the book and the train. Per the parents "he had it in a death grip." This is so wonderful for fine motor skills. Also, the child can learn that it works better on a flat surface vs on an incline. It is being played with constantly. Will go back and look for others in the series.

This book is such a clever idea. Each page has a separate track for the train. It's really cute. The train is easy to wind up and works on the track beautifully. The train came tied into the open spot on the book and once you untie it, you can't tie it again since it is too short. I actually took some very thin elastic and make a loop where the string was and the train is easy to get out and back in for storage.

Such a perfect book for little train lovers. I don’t see any issues with it. My 3 year old son loves to read it every night. The train doesn’t really come off the track, but if I’m holding the book on my lap, I’ll move the book around to help it slide along. It’s bigger than I expected from the pictures, but that was definitely a good thing. So happy with this purchase.

My 3 year old really likes this train book. He especially likes to take all the board pages out to form the train track. It’s easy for him to use; however, twisting the train dial is difficult for him. The illustrations are very pretty. It’s also durable considering the rough use from my 3 y/o.

Not only is it a great book to read with your kids, but the wind up train has tracks on each page! AND you can pop the tracks out of the book, hook them all together on the floor, and watch the little train go! It's a lot of entertainment for a low price.🥰

Bought this for my 3 yr old for Christmas. The train doesn’t run very well on the track. Very disappointed by the quality of the train.

GREAT gift for my 4 year old who loves trains. He got a lot of gifts for Christmas but this one is probably his favorite. It is also easy to take with you if you travel. Fun, entertaining and educational with facts about famous trains. Definitely recommend it!

Yeşil trenli olanını da daha sonra almayı düşünüyoruz. Tren kurmalı bu arada.

Given as a present to an active 2 yr old. Concept is brilliant, and from a Parental point, the fact you can pack it all away easily is a bonus. Like all 'new' things it was played with immediately, but moved on to other things, but the initial interest was spot on.
