Order a size smaller than the bra you're buying them for
Ordered a b cup to match my bikini top but the cups are too large.Mins read I'll be using them in a tight strappy dress I have instead of a bra.

Bought these to sew into a swimming costume where the existing cups just weren’t doing the job. They have worked well but I haven’t as yet worn the costume in a pool. A little trouble sewing them in by hand as the cups are quite hard to get a needle through, but with perseverance and a thimble I got there in the end.
