Great Customer Service
It was easy to put together. I am using it around a 4 foot x 8 foot raised bed. Because of this I wasn’t able to connect the middle bottom support. The frame is rather thin and will dent if you accidentally step on it. One of the zippers came off as I unzipped a flap. I was able to repair it myself. The zipper has now totally failed and the cage is useless as it can’t be closed.Outsunny’s customer service is outstanding. They have stood behind their product and have offered a solution giving me 100% satisfaction. No product is perfect, but they have stepped up and did what every company should do by satisfying their customer. Because of that, I highly recommend their products.

Great concept but flimsy
Update: customer service was great and accommodating. They offered options to make it right, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We're hoping to find another product that will better fit our needs. On another note, about half of the bottom connectors broke but we're hoping the t-posts purchased will keep it secure for now.Original post:We really wanted to love this product. It would solve our needs by keeping the squirrels out and give our garden well needed shade during the hottest parts of summer. The cage blew over the morning after setup despite using the anchors that came with it. We reassembled and placed weights at the corners. It held up for a few days. As soon as we planted our seedlings, a slight wind bent the 3 side poles and 3 ground poles. We will attempt to secure the poles stakes however, straightening the poles will probably snap the pole completely off. Some have success with this product but for the amount of $ spent on this, we were very disappointed in the quality.

Easy Setup, but some things to consider
Easy to assemble but flimsy, and the the material is not long enough in some areas to reach the ground. had to prop rocks and wood around all edges to make sure no critters can get in. Company should make netting longer to fix this issue. Not sure it will last all season, hope so, another brand I had before replacing with this I had up for 3 years and it did the job, but was no longer available so tried this. Crossing fingers

Light-weight, but functional
I would forget assembling the bottom of the frame because it's very light-weight; just stick the poles into the ground. It would also be better for the connectors to be metal, or something other than hard plastic, because with mid-to-heavy breezes, the connectors will crack. Other than that, it is tall enough even with the poles shoved into the ground, the zippers work, and the covering keeps out the critters. It does create a bit of a shade, though, so for vegetables that require full sunlight, some other arrangement might have to be made. Overall, I'm glad I bought this product. It does exactly what I wanted it for.

Well made mesh to protect home veggie gardens
A gardener's answer to hungry bunnies, birds, squirrels. True to size. The side zippers give easy access. Be sure to tuck ends UNDER the metal frame pointing toward the INSIDE of your garden bed use a mesh wire underground to keep out all the hungry, burrowing critters like gophers and voles. Wish these cages came tall enough to tent my apricot trees!

Very tall. Lightweight so should anchor the base.
Very tall. Would work for indeterminate tomatoes. Easy assembly. So far no bugs getting in. Plants growing nicely in back. In front it’s early yet. Only summer squash & perennial chives so far with the diatomous earth about the 11 squash plants. Next in will be beans and corn and a few complementary herbs and flowers.(borage and nasturium and oregano. Goal is no squash bugs this year. We’ll see.

Fell apart and broke with wind
It stood up well for a few days, but then it got a little windy. The whole thing blew over, fell apart, several of the support beams bent and many of the plastic joints broke and bent. I had the netting anchored with the metal anchors provided and they did nothing to keep it from falling over. The net is not small enough to keep out insects, smaller sized bugs can just crawl through the holes. I gave it two stars instead of one because it might be good in an area with zero wind, and if you are only trying to keep out squirrels and birds, it would probably be ok.

Don’t buy - total waste of money
Numerous defects, very poor quality. Won’t last through one windy day.As others noted, the plastic poles and connectors are so lightweight that they sag from the weight of the net and definitely won’t withstand either an even modestly windy day, much less a gust. The seams aren’t reinforced at all. Mine came with one corner torn about 15” up from the bottom. One of my two zippers is uneven. Just overall terrible quality.
