The writing letter paper is great, quality

Used to write letters abroad could not find on the high street .Very good value and good quality

I wanted a writing pad that allowed me to fit plenty of script on one side of the page and until I found this pad, I wasn't sure that one could still buy such a high-quality paper writing pad in size A4.I write with a heavy black fountain pen and so it's not usually a good idea to use both sides of the page, due to bleed-through of the ink making both sides illegible and it's apparently 'not the done thing' (however pompous that makes me sound... lol).This pad is perfect. The paper is thick enough to create a lovely smooth writing surface that allows a fountain pen to glide along, uninhibited by imperfections in the grain of the paper. The size is large enough to write a decent amount on very few pages, giving the writer the opportunity to write a good long letter without having to squeeze a bulging wad of folded pages into an ill-fitting envelope, only to find that to seal it means compromising the top fold, in turn the envelope flap must be bent past the fold, creased anew and secured by taping down the tongue! What a mess said the Virgo....lol.Still, there's nothing like a handwritten letter and mine could well be the last generation to keep them alive...Basildon Bond Rule! (pardon the pun)....

We have been using these writing pads on a regular basis and on the whole they are great, but the occasional pad has either had a crease in the middle of a number of pages, or very recently, the last pad would rip unevenly when you took it off the pad, so then had to be cut with scissors to make it look better, so I wouldn't give this product 5 stars for that reason.

It's always noce to have quality paper for whatever letters we still write.

Perfect writing paper for handwriting. I use a fountain pen and it didn’t leak through. Includes a lined guide at the back.Beautiful quality.

Really nice quality writing pad

The paper itself is the top notch standard you’d expect. Unfortunately, it was packed in such a way that the first fews sheets were creased. I know Amazon workers have targets to meet but this is just sloppy.

It's not so easy to find a good quality watermarked writing paper, today, at a reasonable price. But, you can rely on good old Basildon Bond to deliver. I've been using this brand for four decades, and now have it sent to me from the U.K.

I used this brand of paper in my teens in England, and I was happy to see it is available here in the US.

The paper it too thick to be considered and sold as Air Mail which is what I was expecting.

Gutes, griffiges, füllerfreundliches Papier, nehme ich aktuell sehr gerne für Briefe, wenn mir Tomoe River rein optisch zu dünn ist. Aber, um ehrlich zu sein, die Qualität bei Füllfederhalter-Tinte und das Schreibgefühl erscheint mir bei Clairefontaine/Rhodia noch etwas besser, insbesondere auch glatter. TR steht sowieso einsam und alleine in Japan rum.
