10 Stars!
PROS: fully adjustable, extremely comfortable, durable, quality, natural materials, supports feet, heels, ankles, legs, holds the weight of your legs. CONS: seriously none so far. Very easy to assemble/use: 1.) First, know that while this item is fully adjustable to the user, you really will just want to use it in a single “position” because there’s a lot of adjustments to make each time. So, sit at the table and see where feet are. Decide whether the user will be in “work position” (lower height) or “rest position” (higher). Decide whether the user will mainly rest feet, ankles, or calves on the hammock. 2.) Hammock works best with a “tabletop” desk (the mounts are twisted clamps). Position the mounts on the left and right side of the table so the twist part will go underneath the table. For users resting their feet, the clamps will be placed further away from the body (closer for legs). Don’t tighten the clamps all the way, just get it so it’s close to the table. If you have a table without a “lip”, screws are included so you can screw the mounts into the table. Of course, if you adjust the mounts, you’re going to have a lot of holes in your wood table. If you have a metal desk (no lip), you won’t be able to use this desk. 3.) Hammock should be assembled already (the cotton rope, wood ends, and cloth). Hook each cotton rope end to the hooks on clamps/mounts as shown in the diagram. It’s probably touching the ground - maybe it’s off center. Now, remove the hammock from the hooks and if the user wants “work position”, move the end of the rope to the middle of the loop (adjust rope so the loop is even) and do it to the other side. Place hammock on hooks and see if the height needs to be higher or lower. For “rest position”, I made the rope as short as it would go. 4.) Now, you have an amazing foot hammock! I wish I knew about these 10 years ago. Their good for kids who have a hard time sitting still, working professionals that are stuck at their desks, people with tall desks/short legs, people that like putting their feet up for comfort/circulation. Why I wanted this: I have been looking for a product that does what this does for YEARS/didn’t know this existed. I found out about it through a post, so thank you, random person who recommended this! Basically, anytime you’ve ever wanted to put your feet up (whether because your feet don’t reach the ground in your desk/chair setup, circulation issues, or sitting upright with your legs down is uncomfortable), THIS DESK HAMMOCK IS FOR YOU! No more putting your feet on computer towers, random cardboard boxes that collapse, that overpriced foot rest that is too low to the ground, the specialized foot pillows that don’t do anything, just get this now.

Comfortable and Perfect for Long Desk Hours
I’ve been using the iMissiu Foot Hammock under my desk for a few weeks, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort while working. The hammock is easy to install and adjusts to the perfect height for my legs. It provides excellent support, relieving pressure from my feet and improving posture during long hours of sitting. The material feels durable yet soft, and it holds my feet securely without slipping. It’s compact and doesn’t take up any floor space, which is great for small office setups. Overall, this foot hammock is a simple but highly effective solution for anyone looking to increase comfort while sitting at a desk.

Good, comfortable
Sometimes the wood slips so the hammock gets caught on one side. But otherwise it is a good foot hammock. It is comfortable and the perfect size for under the desk while gaming.

An excellent idea, made better with a simple difference in hardware
The hammock works fine - the brackets are very similar to the clamps you see with mic stands or some Ikea lamps, and make for a solid place to tie your foot hammock to. Looking at other hammocks for around the same price, it looks like the rest just hang on and aren't held in place without your feet in the hammock. And that's basically why I went with this over other options - the hardware they use to hang the hammock itself. The hammock feels good - but if it somehow failed I would definitely keep the hooks to use with any replacement. I'd considering marking a star off because of how you adjust the hammock itself - while adjusting it works fine - it does slip over time and will add slack - meaning the hammock begins to sit lower as you put weight on it. I decided not to mark this hammock off, for a couple reasons; 1) It seems this is more a flaw with how these foot hammocks are produced in general. I didn't see any other options that didn't use the same (nylon?) buckle and rope arrangement. Not that I'm about to buy another to find out when mine works fine, I wouldn't be surprised if the buckle is a compromise between 'good enough' and not expecting a consumer to know the right knot to do a better job. 2) You now know a good knot to do a better job - the double half hitch knot. Tie one on either side and it puts a stop to the one real issue I had with this product. You can look up how to tie this online (and in a way that's easy to undo and adjust later if needed). It's ridiculously easy to do if you know how to tie your own shoe laces - or if you don't (no judgement here) there's videos online to show how. Since I'm of the opinion that cheap products mean the discount has to come from somewhere - the time it costs me to tie a few simple knots was more than worth it. If you're looking for a decent way to put your feet up, for whatever reason, this is a pretty good option to go with. It beats how I used to do this, where I put my feet up on a box I kept under my desk. It's a lot harder to adjust the height of a box than it is this hammock - and it won't get in you way as much if you have to go under the desk to unplug something. Because of how it hangs on this bracket - you can very easily remove the hammock and put it back on, same way you would a shirt on a hanger. While there is a bracket to hang your headphones - I am not making use of it. It seems like a nice idea, and it probably works fine. Only issue I saw (and why I don't use it) is, on wider desks you would be hanging these hooks in a place you wouldn't be able to reach conveniently. Though if you were wanting to hang your bag, purse, umbrella or something else you wouldn't mind being out of reach - this would probably be great for that. I might consider hanging a bookbag off it - but I'd have to be sure it could hold the weight and not bend or break while also being used for a hammock. This is a cheapo product after all.

It's definitely a hanging foot rest.
Like the title says, it's definitely a hanging footrest. The hanging points are narrow, so you'll be swinging your feet a lot and trying to find the sweet spot where your feet don't slip off the side facing you. There's tons of room for adjustment because the rope is super long. Points for that, even though I have a very narrow desk and will probably adjust the securing knots more so I can spread my legs a bit. If you do try to spread your feet apart, they'll slide back to the middle. I have my feet in it as I write this review, actually, and I'm noticing that a lot of the pressure is on the backs of my very bony heels. In that case, I'm probably going to stuff it with whatever I think will be comfy. Maybe memory foam to add a bit of rigidity, as well, so I can get my spread on. As for installation, it's so easy you could install it by accident. Two vice style clams with hooks that keep the rope from sliding around a lot, the hammock with the dowels, rope, and plastic pieces are all preinstalled. All you have to do is find a comfy spot where you can relax or work. Solid 6(10). It does what it's supposed to do and isn't as painful as your uncle at Thanksgiving. points were pretty much taken away for some pretty basic stuff like the fabric they used. It feels like new, unwashed, Walmart sheets and also feels uneven, but that could be my fault. The wood they use for the dowels is obviously cheap and I'm probably going to replace it with higher quality wood or touch it up with varnish or paint because it will probably rub against the fabric and end up causing a tear. The rope seems alright. No specific qualms there. All in all, you could make this for cheaper than you can get it here, minus the vice mounts. I plan on modifying it. Not disappointed. Not blown away. It's a thing I bought and I don't regret it.

This is just what I needed! Not too expensive and does the job. It fit perfectly under my work desk and provided just the right height and support for my feet. It is light, stable, and easy to install.

Poorly made
This item is not well made. I used it for about a week, and the stitching completely came out of the hammock with my foot in it. I was post-op, and my newly repaired ankle had a nice unexpected fall to the floor.
