Helped me hit a 5k PB
Bought this after speaking with a coach about my IT Band hampering my performance.Gave this a go on a light run that soon turned into a 5k PB.It gave me the confidence to push that bit harder than usual after passing my usual problem distance.Great product that just needs a bit of practice for placement and ideal tension around the quad.Highly recommend

After a year of physio and doing various strengthening exercises this was recommended to me. This has been an absolute godsend. It pretty much immediately made an impact. I suffer from poor core stability and mostly do exercises to strengthen my back and glutemax. I also suffer from pain behind the patella. Using this together with http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00267SFDE/ has really made a huge difference. My knee is starting to feel sturdy again and it is just great to be able to trust it. Front foot cover drives are no longer a painful affair as I am able to flex my left foot. I am not there yet but very pleased with the progress made so far.
