Replacement Brass Ceramic Stem Disc Cartridge Faucet Valve Quarter Turn 1/2" for Bathroom Kitchen Tap (1 Pair Hot & Cold)

Bought these to repair a dripping tap. Getting the old one out proved difficult, but fitting the new one was very straightforward. Perfect result, thanks.

Have used these before and very easy to fit. These were purchased as a back up pair should I need them.

Arrived when stated, fitted and working well.

I bought these to replace the cartridges in my Wickes Perlie Kitchen mixer tap. These fit. However they don't come in a box and the screw in the spline top is smaller than the diameter of the spline. So the knob drops off. I tried to use the screw from the old cartridge but it was too long for the hole in the spline. If the screw had been correct the job took minutes. I bodged it with a small washer but will cut down an old screw wheni have more time.

After tolerating a dripping kitchen mixer tap for a few days I decided to just change the 2 hot/cold cartridges. These arrive 12h later than advertised (morning after instead of evening before) but no biggie - I wasn't planning on doing the job til the following afternoon. Nice clear "red" and "blue" rings on the bottom showed which was which, so I simply unscrewed the old ones and screwed the new ones in - blue for blue, red for red. Now the reason I docked a star... After tightening everything back up, my taps turned the OPPOSITE WAY to before! Looking at the ceramic inserts, the new one with a BLUE ring moved the same way as my old one with a RED ring, and vice versa. Again, no biggie - simple enough to swap them round - but I wouldn't have thought to check that the colours matched the "sides" of my taps. Be warned... :-)

After having a noisy drip for weeks that was slowly getting worse, these were easy to replace and fixed the problem straight away

Produits reçus de bonne qualité, pas de fuite après installation. Par contre, le filetage supérieur est juste au dessus du siège, je n'avais pas fait attention à ce détail. Du coup, les caches de mon ancien robinet entre la tête et le croisillon de commande ne se vissent pas dessus, obligé de racheter un modèle de tête où le filetage supérieur est surélevé de quelques mm.

Stem a little bit too big. But I use sand paper to make it fit. Good product. Works like OEM $80. Save money 💰
