Great update for old Minka Aire fan
Used it with a new Minka Aire remote to replace a pre 2015 Concept fan broken receiver and it worked perfectly. Directly wired in like the old one. Reset the new remote and it paired instantly and now the fan works like new!

Light wouldn’t turn completely off on my old Concept fan - this fixed it

Perfect replacement
The replacement receiver for my 20 year old Minka Aire ceiling fan works just fine. Easy to install, all wires with correct color code. I’m glad, the description included the fan models, which helped me selecting the correct spare part. Very satisfied.

Fixed the problem
Fixed my problem! But didn’t have a lead for my uplight feature. Would be good if they clarified the number of wire leads/features supported in the product description.

Ceiling Fan at least now works - somewhat; however . . . .
I turned off POWER at the Breaker Box; opened the canopy, swapped out the receiver, turned POWER back "ON" at Breaker Box, slid the wall switch to "ON" to power it up, held the stop button on the wall switch until the light blinked, then things worked. PROBLEMS HOWEVER: (1) Wall switch has a "Low," "Medium" and "High" setting - but it seems when I press the "MEDIUM" speed mode on the wall switch, it actually makes fan go onto "HIGH" speed / and, pressing "HIGH" speed mode on the wall switch, actually makes speed of fan reduce and go "MEDIUM" speed - WORKS, but . . . . weird. (2) Pressing the "REVERSE DIRECTION" button on the wall switch has no effect on the fan - it seems to slow revolution speed (somewhat), then, gains in speed to what it was before (AND WITH NO DIRECTION CHANGE). SYNOPSIS: Ceiling Fan at least now works - somewhat (versus not working at all) / And, replacing RECEIVER definitely cheaper than buying a brand new ceiling fan. However, at least in my case, RECEIVER replacement did not make ceiling fan work like when fan was first purchased and "NEW, OUT OF THE BOX."

Do not waste your time or money on this. You will eventually just have to go to a Minka dealer and get the authorized part that actually works.
